If you have listened to Kim’s audio recording focused on the “I Slept___ I Dreamt___” portion of the Season of Growth journal, you heard all about the importance of rest, brain health, the stages of sleep, and things that affect your sleep. Before you fall asleep, Kim suggests thinking of a problem or question you would like “solved”. Maybe you’ll dream the solution or wake up more clear-headed. You can write this down in your journal before bed. Cedarwood essential oil helps me problem-solve or find an answer that has been evading me. Maybe you have a favorite essential oil for relaxing, clearing your mind, or focusing.

He has written and recorded specific music for helping the listener sleep – even performing many “Sleep Concerts” – and it’s all based on his research. His book of testimonials from people who have found relief from a multitude of disorders is also quite impressive.
I like to write my “To-Do List” for the following day before getting into bed. Those items are then safely set aside where I can read them the next morning, and I let them go from my mind, so they aren’t swirling there, keeping me from a restful sleep.
